  • Transmit spam, advertising, or unsolicited communications, commercial or otherwise
  • Attempt to replicate, reverse-engineer, or exploit the platform's codebase, AI components, or data models
  • Impersonate CliniciansCheck staff, clinicians, regulators, or verified partners
  • Disclose personal, confidential, or sensitive data without lawful authority, including PHI, clinical records, analytics, or licensing credentials
  • Launch denial-of-service (DoS) or distributed denial-of-service (DDoS) attacks, overload requests, or abuse platform capacity
  • Violate any applicable local or international health, privacy, or commercial law through their use of the platform

4. Interactive Services & User-Generated Content
