It outlines the limits of our liability, the independence of practitioners and sellers, and the responsibilities of users engaging with services or content on the Platform.
2. No Medical, Clinical, or Diagnostic Services
CliniciansCheck is not a medical provider. We do not offer medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. All clinical, therapeutic, or wellness services accessed through our Platform are delivered by independent professionals, not by CliniciansCheck.
Any health-related content or AI-powered tools on the Platform are for informational purposes only and do not substitute for professional judgment or licensed medical guidance.
3. Independence of Practitioners and Sellers
All clinicians, wellness providers, and sellers on the Platform operate as independent entities. CliniciansCheck does not supervise, direct, or control any clinical, professional, or product-related decision made by these third parties.
Users are responsible for performing their own due diligence when selecting a practitioner or purchasing a product or service.
4. No Endorsement
CliniciansCheck does not endorse or guarantee:

15. Children’s Use & Parental Supervision
The Platform is not intended for direct use by individuals under the age of 16 without the consent and supervision of a parent or guardian.
CliniciansCheck disclaims liability for unauthorized or unsupervised access by minors.
