1. Purpose

At CliniciansCheck, digital trust is not a marketing term—it is a foundational principle that governs every aspect of our platform design, governance, clinical engagement, and user experience. This statement defines our global commitment to safeguarding platform integrity, promoting honest participation, and fostering trustworthy digital environments in healthcare and professional services.

2. Guiding Values

We uphold digital trust through:

  • Transparency: Full disclosure of policies, affiliations, algorithms, and data usage;

  • Accountability: Clear, enforceable consequences for rule violations and misrepresentation;

  • Privacy: Strict adherence to global data protection and clinical confidentiality laws;

  • Security: State-of-the-art encryption, multi-factor authentication, and audit controls;

  • Fairness: Equal access and non-discrimination in search results, reviews, and listings;

  • Verifiability: Clinician and vendor credentials are independently validated;

Resilience: Protection against fraud, manipulation, AI-generated disinformation, or bot activity.

3. Clinical Platform Integrity Controls

Identity Verification: Every clinician, reviewer, and vendor must undergo strict identity checks via biometric and credential validation systems.

Listing Accuracy: Automated and human audits ensure no false claims, misleading pricing, or unlicensed offerings.

Ratings & Reviews: Only verified service recipients can leave reviews. Ratings are monitored using bias-detection algorithms and flagged for abuse.

Conflict of Interest Declarations: Clinicians and sellers must disclose any financial or commercial interests relevant to their services.

4. Global Governance & Oversight

Our platform is governed by:

Digital Ethics & Trust Taskforce, chaired by independent experts;

Quarterly integrity audits, with findings reported to senior leadership;

Real-time incident detection systems for fraud, manipulation, or suspicious patterns;

Cross-border integrity liaisons to align with local regulatory bodies, including:

  • UK CMA Digital Markets Unit

  • EU Digital Services Act enforcement bodies

  • US FTC & State Boards

  • Australia’s ACCC

  • India’s Digital Health Authority

  • WHO and UN digital health standards

5. Trust Signals & Labels

  • "CliniciansCheck Verified" labels identify profiles and listings that pass advanced screening;

  • AI Flag Notices mark content generated or enhanced using artificial intelligence;

  • Transparency Tags disclose clinical affiliations, qualifications, and location jurisdiction;

  • Trust Dashboard (Beta) allows users to monitor profile activity, dispute history, and transparency status in real-time.

6. Enforcement

  • Violations of trust and platform integrity may lead to:

  • Suspension or removal of listings or profiles;

  • Revocation of verification badges;

  • Legal reporting where fraud or criminal breaches occur;

  • Permanent bans for repeat violators or misrepresentation.

7. User Reporting & Appeals

Users can report concerns at any time via: operationsteam@clinicianscheck.com

A dedicated Integrity Officer will investigate and respond within 5–10 business days. All disciplinary actions are subject to appeal through our Dispute Resolution Mechanism.

  • Global digital trust regulatory developments;

  • Platform expansion into new jurisdictions;

  • Emerging technology and AI governance risks.
