Purpose:

To demonstrate that CliniciansCheck operates with full awareness and alignment with global clinical regulations and regional healthcare governance frameworks, ensuring lawful and ethical cross-border healthcare facilitation.

Policy Statement:

At CliniciansCheck, we uphold the highest standards of regulatory alignment across all jurisdictions in which we operate. Our global marketplace and services adhere to internationally recognized clinical compliance frameworks to ensure that clinicians, patients, vendors, and partners remain protected under prevailing laws and professional guidelines.

This document outlines our commitment to global clinical compliance across telehealth, medical licensure, prescription regulations, data use, advertising, and cross-border liability.

Global Regulatory Frameworks Recognized:

We align our operations with guidance and mandates issued by the following authorities and frameworks (among others):

  • World Health Organization (WHO)

  • US Food and Drug Administration (FDA)

  • UK Medicines & Healthcare Products Regulatory Agency (MHRA)

  • European Medicines Agency (EMA)

  • Health Canada

  • Australian Therapeutic Goods Administration (TGA)

  • Medical Council of India (NMC)

  • South African Health Products Regulatory Authority (SAHPRA)

  • Telehealth regulatory boards in all serviced regions

  • European Union General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR)

  • UK Data Protection Act 2018

  • California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) & CPRA

  • HIPAA (USA) – where applicable

Clinician Regulation & Licensing Requirements:

All practitioners using our platform are:

  • Subject to primary source verification of licensure and credentials via trusted third-party or government-approved databases.

  • Required to self-declare jurisdictional registration and agree to local practice laws, including limits on prescribing across borders.

  • Notified that failure to comply will result in immediate suspension and may be reported to relevant authorities.

Cross-Border Prescriptions & Medical Advice:

  • We do not permit the issuance of cross-border prescriptions unless the clinician is legally licensed to do so in both the issuing and receiving jurisdiction.

  • Our platform includes geo-restriction warnings where applicable.

  • Where no license match exists, all content is explicitly flagged as informational only, not clinical advice.

Remote Care & Telehealth Limitations:

  • CliniciansCheck does not operate as a medical provider. We are a technology marketplace and platform.

  • All telehealth services facilitated through our platform must conform to the legal and ethical standards of both the clinician's and patient’s location.

  • We maintain an audit trail and conduct random compliance checks on practitioner-patient interactions to ensure local telehealth law adherence.

Liability Disclaimers & User Protections:

  • We provide jurisdiction-specific disclaimers and terms of use to inform patients and clinicians of the limits of liability.

  • Our platform is not a substitute for emergency medical services, and users are clearly informed of this throughout the platform experience.

Documentation, Review & Updates:

  • This policy is reviewed annually or upon major legal/regulatory changes in any operational market.

  • Our legal and compliance teams are supported by external counsel across core jurisdictions to maintain a state of global readiness and compliance resilience.

Governance

This policy is formally adopted by the Board of Directors of CliniciansCheck Global Group and is legally binding across all regional entities and subsidiaries.
