1. Purpose & Ethical Commitment
CliniciansCheck affirms its unwavering commitment to global health equity, zero tolerance for corruption, and ethical operations in every market. As a global health platform enabling cross-border healthcare listings, AI-assisted content, and clinician-patient interaction, we are dedicated to ensuring just, transparent, and non-discriminatory access to services, regardless of geography, socioeconomic status, or political context.
2. Scope of Application
This Statement applies to:

All global subsidiaries, partners, affiliates, and vendors;

All platform services, AI outputs, listings, transactions, and sponsorships;

All employees, contractors, developers, sellers, clinicians, and agents acting on behalf of CliniciansCheck;

4. Health Equity Commitments
4.1 No user or patient shall be denied access to platform information due to nationality, ethnicity, gender, religion, political affiliation, disability, or digital literacy.
4.2 We implement localization and accessibility in line with WCAG 2.1 AA, cultural fairness, and language inclusion standards.
4.3 Platform policies and content design incorporate an understanding of digital divides, underserved communities, and barriers to health access.
4.4 We collaborate with local partners to reduce inequity and improve informed access to digital health choices.
5. Anti-Corruption & Bribery Controls
5.1 All employees and third parties must complete anti-corruption training and undergo annual certification.
5.2 All forms of bribery, kickbacks, facilitation payments, and informal "gifts" are strictly prohibited.
5.3 Any suspicion of unethical behavior must be reported to: operationsteam@clinicianscheck.com or through the protected whistleblowing portal.
5.4 We actively reject preferential listing, payment-based ranking, or influence through sponsorship or lobbying.
6. Procurement, Partnership & Vendor Ethics
6.1 All vendors, suppliers, contractors, and health partners are screened against global watchlists and due diligence standards.
6.2 All contracts must contain anti-bribery clauses and require third parties to align with our Ethics Code and this Statement.
6.3 Public-private partnerships are assessed based on transparent value, public health benefit, and risk mitigation.
6.4 CliniciansCheck reserves the right to terminate agreements where violations or risks of unethical practices are identified.
7. Enforcement & Governance
7.1 Oversight of this Statement sits with the Governance, Ethics & Compliance Division.
7.2 We conduct annual reviews, audits, and stress-tests of anti-corruption controls.
7.3 Violations may result in:

Immediate termination of access or contract;

Reporting to national or international authorities;

Civil or criminal proceedings where applicable.
8. Transparency & Public Reporting
8.1 CliniciansCheck commits to:

Publishing an annual Ethics, Equity & Compliance Impact Report;

Declaring any relationships or partnerships that could influence neutrality;
