CliniciansCheck is committed to ensuring that all user-generated reviews, comments, and feedback published on our platform reflect genuine experiences and uphold the principles of fairness, transparency, and factual accuracy. This Moderation & Review Integrity Policy establishes how reviews are submitted, screened, displayed, and if necessary, removed, while maintaining user trust and legal compliance. All reviews undergo an automated and human moderation process to detect prohibited content, such as hate speech, spam, defamation, impersonation, or undisclosed conflicts of interest. Clinicians and users may be asked to verify their identity, appointment, or interaction before a review is approved or retained. Reviews found to breach our guidelines or any applicable law may be flagged for internal investigation and, where appropriate, hidden or removed from public view.
CliniciansCheck does not allow paid, fake, or manipulated reviews. Any evidence of coordinated manipulation, bribery, or retaliatory conduct will result in disciplinary or legal action, including potential suspension of accounts involved. Users and clinicians have the right to flag any review they believe is unfair, inaccurate, or malicious. Flagged reviews are reviewed within ten working days by an independent moderation officer. All actions taken are recorded for transparency and auditability.
Where a review raises a serious clinical or legal concern, it may be referred to an oversight panel or external authority in accordance with our Whistleblower and Safeguarding policies. Responses from clinicians or organisations are welcomed and encouraged to ensure a balanced and constructive dialogue. CliniciansCheck does not alter or ghostwrite reviews under any circumstance. We reserve the right to update this policy as moderation tools evolve or to meet new regulatory standards. All users and clinicians are expected to familiarise themselves with this policy before contributing to the platform.
