1. Purpose

It protects the business from liabilities related to translation discrepancies, while ensuring access to information across linguistic boundaries.

2. Scope

This policy applies to:

  • All content rendered in a language other than English on the CliniciansCheck platform;

  • Any automated or third-party translation or localization tool used now or in the future;

  • All users, partners, clinicians, and third-party stakeholders across all jurisdictions.

3. Translation Methods and Disclaimer

3.2 These translations are provided strictly for informational and convenience purposes only. They do not constitute legal, regulatory, or clinical interpretations.

3.3 In all instances, the official, authoritative version of all content remains the English-language version. No translated version will override, substitute, or amend the meaning of any English-language text, especially for legal, regulatory, or contractual matters.

4. Localization Limitations

4.1 CliniciansCheck does not commit to full legal or regulatory localization of content per jurisdiction or per language.

4.2 Translations may contain:

  • Inaccuracies;

  • Cultural misinterpretations;

  • Medical or legal terminology mismatches;

Outdated language, due to real-time or cached machine learning outputs.

4.3 Users must consult a qualified legal or regulatory advisor in their jurisdiction before relying on translated content for any compliance-related purpose.

5. Legal Precedence & Enforcement

5.1 In all jurisdictions, in the event of a dispute, misunderstanding, or legal proceeding:

  • The English-language version of the relevant material shall take precedence;

  • All agreements, disclaimers, statements, and policies will be interpreted in accordance with their English wording.

5.2 This policy forms part of our Global Privacy & Legal Governance Framework and is integrated with all terms of use, patient and clinician agreements, and our jurisdictional risk protections.

6. Content Updates and Translation Lag

6.1 Translations are not updated in real-time. Updates to English-language content may take time to propagate across translated materials.

6.2 CliniciansCheck shall not be held liable for any decisions, misunderstandings, or damages resulting from:

  • Use of outdated translations;

  • Mistranslations from machine-rendered outputs;

  • Differences in clinical, cultural, or regulatory interpretation.
