CliniciansCheck serves a global audience of clinicians, patients, institutions, and vendors across multiple regions, languages, and legal systems. This policy outlines how we manage translation, localization, and cultural adaptation of our platform content, documents, interfaces, and legal materials to ensure accessibility, accuracy, legal validity, and cultural sensitivity.
This document supports our global compliance obligations under GDPR, ePrivacy, ISO 17100, WCAG 2.1, and local language access laws, and aligns with standards required by government procurement, insurers, and international stakeholders.

Source of Record: The original English version of any legal or contractual document, which prevails in case of discrepancy.
2. Scope of Application

3. Legal Priority of English Source
English is the official legal language of the platform.

In any dispute, discrepancy, or legal interpretation issue, the English version shall prevail, regardless of translation.

All localized documents include a declaration stating: “This translation is provided for convenience only. In the event of conflict, the original English version shall control.”
