1. Policy Statement

CliniciansCheck is a multilingual, global digital platform enabling individuals to engage in health-related services, listings, and AI-assisted content. This policy governs the use, interpretation, and legal status of all translated and AI-generated outputs. It establishes English as the sole language of legal record and outlines binding limitations, jurisdictional boundaries, and safeguards against legal and clinical misuse.

CliniciansCheck is not a provider of healthcare services. We do not offer clinical advice, therapeutic direction, or medical decision-making support in any language, including via automated tools. All content is informational only.

2. Definitions

  • English Version: The original, authoritative version of any legal or content document published by CliniciansCheck.

  • Translated Content: Any platform material presented in a non-English language via machine or AI systems.

  • Machine Translation: Automated tools (e.g., Google Translate) used to display translated content.

  • AI Output: Language or recommendations generated via artificial intelligence tools, including but not limited to CliniciansCheck GIG.

  • User: Any platform visitor, registered account holder, clinician, or seller.

  • Platform: All services, tools, interfaces, and features offered by CliniciansCheck in any form (web, mobile, PDF, chatbot, API).

3. Scope

This policy applies to:

  • All content (static, dynamic, AI, chatbot, or generated);

  • All users globally, regardless of geography or language;

  • All forms of machine translation and AI-generated output;

  • All platform environments, including mobile, email, exports, and APIs.

4. Official Language of Record

4.1 English is the sole legal and contractual language of record for all platform materials and services.

4.2 In the event of discrepancy between the English version and any translated or AI-generated version, the English version shall prevail without exception.

4.3 Users must not rely on any non-English content to interpret, dispute, or enforce legal rights or responsibilities.

5. Translation and AI Interaction Tools

5.1 CliniciansCheck uses automated tools (e.g., Google Translate) and AI systems (e.g., GIG) to enhance user accessibility and multilingual interaction.

5.2 Translated and AI-generated content is provided solely for convenience and informational purposes.

5.3 No translated or AI-generated content is certified, verified, or tailored to national or local legal systems.

5.4 These tools do not replace legal counsel, clinical advice, or verified information.

5.5 AI chat output is not reviewed, moderated, or fact-checked by humans and may not reflect the official position of CliniciansCheck.

5.6 CliniciansCheck does not store or reuse AI conversations or translations unless legally required or for compliance auditing.

6. Legal Standing of Translated and AI Content

6.1 Translated and AI-generated content is non-binding and does not modify any contract or agreement.

6.2 All terms of service, privacy notices, consent forms, medical disclaimers, commercial seller agreements, verification pages, and clinical information are governed solely by the English version.

6.3 If AI content or translation contradicts official platform documentation, the English document will govern.

6.4 Translated or AI content may not be used to assert claims, file disputes, or pursue remedies in any jurisdiction.

7. Clinical and Regulated Content Limitations

7.1 Translated or AI-generated content shall not be used for diagnostic, therapeutic, or regulated medical purposes.

7.2 CliniciansCheck does not translate, validate, or represent claims for CE-marked, FDA-regulated, or jurisdictionally protected medical technologies.

7.3 All users remain fully responsible for their own clinical decisions and regulatory obligations.

7.4 No listing, chatbot response, or translation may be construed as medical guidance or consent.

8. User and Seller Responsibility

8.1 Users confirm they understand and accept the English version of any agreement or have obtained independent support.

8.2 Sellers and clinicians permit machine translation of their content upon publication unless they opt out in writing.

8.3 Any misrepresentation or reliance on translated content is the responsibility of the user or seller alone.

8.4 Mandatory confirmation text:

“I understand and accept the English version of all CliniciansCheck terms and content. I acknowledge that translated and AI-generated content is not certified or legally binding.”8.5 Platform logs include timestamp, IP, language, version, and agreement confirmation and are retained in encrypted form for seven (7) years.

9. Disclaimer and Visibility

9.1 Global footer disclaimer (all pages, all formats):

“⚠️ This site may use machine or AI translation. Only the English version of all content and legal terms is binding.”

9.2 Banner warning on legal and clinical pages:“This is a translated or AI-generated version. Refer to the official English version for accuracy.”

9.3 Applies to all platforms: desktop, mobile, chatbot, email, PDFs, and print.

10. Jurisdictional Risk Management

10.1 In high-risk jurisdictions (e.g., China, Brazil, Indonesia, UAE), users will receive jurisdiction-specific banners:

“This platform operates under English law. Translated or AI-generated content may not satisfy local legal requirements. Use only if you accept the English version.”

10.2 CliniciansCheck may restrict features or access to avoid misinterpretation in jurisdictions with language-specific compliance laws.

11. Vendor and Third-Party Compliance

11.1 All vendors supporting listings, translations, or moderation must comply with this policy.

11.2 Vendors shall not certify or rely on translated or AI-generated content as a substitute for the English version.

11.3 CliniciansCheck prohibits the use of any user-submitted or translated content to train machine learning or generative AI models.

12. Enforcement and Supremacy

12.1 This policy supersedes all AI chat outputs, listings, user communications, and seller declarations across all languages.

12.2 It remains enforceable independently of other contract validity.

12.3 Breach of this policy may result in:

  • Suspension or removal of content or accounts;

  • Legal escalation;

  • Rejection of claims based on translated content;

  • Refusal of indemnity.

13. Escalation and Logging

13.1 Any user, seller, or regulator concern involving translation or AI content shall be escalated to the Legal & Risk Division.

13.2 CliniciansCheck maintains a quarterly audit of translation and AI incident logs.

13.3 Where clinical or legal risk is identified, appropriate authorities may be notified.

14. Governance and Review

14.1 This policy is maintained by the Legal & Compliance Division.

14.2 It will be reviewed annually or sooner based on:

  • Regulatory updates (e.g. EU AI Act, UK DSR, HIPAA);

  • International law developments;

  • AI language model usage trends;

Market expansion into new jurisdictions.

14.3 All versions shall be archived and version-controlled for evidential and audit purposes.

15. Legal Basis

15.1 This policy aligns with and is defensible under:

  • UK Consumer Rights Act 2015

  • EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU)

  • US Federal Trade Commission Act

  • Indian Contract Act 1872

  • UAE Consumer Protection Law No. 24/2006

  • Australian Consumer Law (Schedule 2, CCA 2010)

  • Brazilian Consumer Protection Code (Lei nº 8.078)

15.2 Translated or AI-generated content shall not be relied upon to assert or interpret any legal claim, right, or remedy.

15.3 This policy shall remain enforceable even where any other document or agreement is found invalid or disputed.

16. External Reference and Institutional Use

16.1 This policy may be formally referenced in the context of:

  • NHS and healthcare procurement;

  • Government or enterprise compliance reviews;

  • Insurance, indemnity, or risk assessments;

  • Venture capital and private equity diligence;

  • Cross-border legal or consumer protection audits.

17. AI-Specific Controls and Futureproofing

17.1 CliniciansCheck monitors emerging language model and AI governance frameworks (e.g., EU AI Act, OECD, ISO).

17.2 Platform AI outputs are not used to form clinical advice or legal advice.

17.3 Translated or AI-rendered pages include source links, version control, and policy references.

17.4 CliniciansCheck maintains infrastructure to support regulatory audit of AI and multilingual content operations.
